Serological pipette, known in English as Serological Pipette, is a disposable plastic graduated pipe. It was used as a kind of pipette to replace the glass pipette. It is called a serological pipette because of its irreplaceable role in aseptic pipetting of serum medium. It is widely used in tissue culture, bacteriology, clinical, scientific research experiments and other fields that require aseptic operation to transfer liquids.
According to the volume, serological pipettes are mainly divided into six types: 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, 25ml and 50ml. In addition, 100ml ultra-large-capacity serological pipettes are occasionally circulated in the market.
According to the tube type, serological pipettes are divided into stretch tubes and welded tubes. According to ASTM E934-94 standard, 1ml, 2ml, 5ml and 10ml can be used as stretching tubes, and 5ml, 10ml, 25ml and 50m can be used as welded tubes.
In addition, in the industry, in order to distinguish pipettes of different ranges, color rings/texts of different colors are sprayed on the nozzle/wrapping paper for color identification. Among them, the 1ml pipette is marked in yellow, the 2ml pipette is marked in green, the 5ml pipette is marked in blue, the 10ml pipette is marked in orange, the 25m| pipette is marked in red, and the 50m| pipette is marked in red.

1 Raw material standard
The raw materials comply with GB9692 and are non-recycled transparent polystyrene (GPPS);
The filter element material complies with the limit of hazardous substances in RoHS Divective (EU) 2015/863;
The color ring and tick mark ink meet the requirements of QB/T4753;
Paper-plastic packaging meets the requirements of GB/T 19633.1.
2 Pipette production standards
Stretch tube products adopt the stretching integrated molding process;
Welded pipe products adopt fully automatic ultrasonic welding process to weld the pipe head/nozzle and pipe body, and test the welding tightness online;
The production workshop conforms to the 100,000-level clean workshop stipulated by YY/T 0033.
