Chamber slides are a common type of cell culture tool and are often used in cell biology and other investigative experiments because they combine cell culture, staining, and observation in one unit.SAINING chamber slides consist of a chamber, chamber cover, slide, and chamber clamp, which provide a polystyrene culture chamber that is attached to a standard microscope slide. The surface of the slide is treated with TC hydrophilic treatment and is suitable for adherent cell culture. By choosing ultra-white glass slides, the culture chamber can be easily disassembled, increasing experimental simplicity and convenience, eliminating the need for additional tools, and reducing inter-group error.

01 Chamber Slides Product Features

The chamber slide offers several advantages over traditional Petri dishes. It can provide a more stable and constant growth environment for cells, which can simulate the growth of cells in vivo. Secondly, chamber slides can easily observe the morphological changes and growth status of cells, and experiments such as fluorescence staining can be performed directly on the slides. In addition, chamber slides have a smaller sample size, which can save experimental costs and reagent consumption.
